Inspection and Delivery

All carpets are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Please check your order upon receipt.

For items delivered via our logistics partners, a signature is required at the time of delivery. If you discover any defects, please contact our Customer Care team at +91 7398062289 or customercare@subhrugs.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

Your order will be eligible for return only if there are manufacturing defects that cannot be fixed.

How to Raise a Return Request

  1. Timing: Submit a return request within 48 hours of receipt.
  2. Process:
    • Contact us at +91 7398062289 or customercare@subhrugs.com.
    • Our shipping partner will arrange to pick up the returnable products from you within 48 hours of the request.
    • The rug will be picked up from your place at a mutually decided time.
  3. Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, it will undergo a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 48 hours.

Terms & Conditions

  • Return the rug in the same condition in which they were delivered.
  • Do not use, wash, alter, tamper with, or soil the rug.
  • Damaged rugs are not eligible for return/exchange.
  • The rug must have the original packing, labels, and tags intact.
  • Altered or illegible serial numbers will result in return rejection.
  • Refund or replacement will be initiated once the item passes quality inspection.
  • In case of receiving a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. You may be asked to share a picture of the rug at customercare@subhrugs.com. We will replace it at no cost after a thorough examination.

Return Process for Carpets and Cushion Covers

  1. Images: Provide multiple images: one with the product open for damage inspection and another with the product securely packed. This is essential for processing the return.
  2. Prepaid Order Refund: Processed within 48 hours after the product is picked up.
  3. COD Order Refund: Processed within 8-10 working days after the product is picked up and upon receiving your bank details. No cash refunds.
